This is a serious, full-system conversion — not a drop-in part. The DSX Conversion transforms your pistol into a race-ready platform with extensive structural machining of the slide and a matched compensator/barrel assembly hand-fitted by Dave, our owner and master gunsmith. Because this is a full conversion, the service requires the complete build and includes Overhaul & Fit for safe disassembly/reassembly and insured return shipping. Compatible Platforms 5" full dustcover models in 9mm / .40 / .45 ACP (examples: STI, Rock Island, Prodigy Gen 1 5", and similar full-dustcover 1911/2011 slides).
