CH37 Chair
The CH37 dining chair, designed by Hans J. Wegner in 1962, takes inspiration from the principles of simplicity, functionality, and craftsmanship commonly found in American Shaker furniture. It showcases Wegner's signature style through its thoughtful attention to detail. The chair's vertical round legs, arched backrest, and hand-woven paper cord seat provide both an elegant appearance and comfortable back support. Additionally, the gently rounded and flat armrests, attached to the front legs with a distinctive cap, offer sturdiness and added comfort. This design offers a light and sturdy seating option for multiple generations, and also comes in a variant without armrests - the CH36.
