Expandable top with elastic drawstring design protected with a lid that features two quick access pockets. Constructed with 5.0 oz. DYNEEMA® Composite Fabric, Duraflex hardware, YKK Aquaguard zippers, and Mil spec webbing. Comes with a removable luggage strap that allows for easy mounting onto rolling luggage.
