22 Shades of Everest

Musk, grapefruit, bergamot, cedar wood, and vetiver: These are the notes that Le Labo’s Bergamote 22 and Creed’s Himalaya have in common. With such a distinctive overlap, the prospect of an inspired hybrid materializing is likely. In this most recent installment, the brightness of our inspired version of Bergamote 22 is layered upon the oceanic freshness of the inspired ambergris-laden Himalaya by Creed. The end result is the perfume equivalent of ascending one of the tallest mountains on a crisp spring morning only to discover a healthily aromatic citrus grove where the ripened fruits are barely clinging to the branches.
