A rare, midcentury wind up toy clown. The toy was made by TN NOMURA Japan. The clown toy is in vintage condition heavily soiled, overall wear and literal tear, and he's missing its arms. The wind up toy still winds, due to age it is not guaranteed. The collectible toy measures approximately 7 1/4" x 5". For display only, not suitable for children.
