This fudge is a long-awaited partnership with Angel's Envy Distillery Rye (Louisville, Kentucky and is the replacement for the When Pigs Fly fudge. Super-duper creamy fudge made with Angel's Envy Whiskey, port barrel aged syrup, brown butter, tonka bean (tastes like green almond and mellows the rye as well as brings out the notes of vanilla and berries) and vincotto.
