Spice Lipliner

Dudley Products Cosmetics Spice Lipliner is a matte brown shade of lipliner. Our Lipliners are designed to define and shape the lips. For Thin lips: apply lipliner outside of the natural lip line. For Full lips: apply lipliner just inside of the natural lip line. For Uneven lips: apply lipliner by first drawing two dots at the highest points on the top lip and two dots at the lowest points on the bottom lip. Connect the dots for a perfect overall shape.
