Chunmei

| 50g makes up to 64 cups* | 14¢ per cup | Chunmei, or "precious eyebrow," gets its name from its arced shape and delicate leaf. The resulting liquor is a fuller bodied green tea with a tangy sweetness, toasty character, and slight bitterness. Chunmei is a great option for iced green tea thanks to its acidity and body.  What we're doing:  1 heaping teaspoon (about 3 grams) of Chunmei per 6-8 oz serving Heat fresh water to 170º-175ºF Steeped 1-2 minutes Multiple infusions What we're tasting: Sweet - Ripe plum Astringent - toasted nuts Bitter - steamed vegetables    *includes multiple infusions
