We gave this bar an extra touch of love and added Huehuetenango, Guatemalan coffee for a crunchy texture. Cacao is sourced from Alta Vera Paz, Guatemala. Roasted, winnowed, refined and tempered in Downtown Duluth. After a decade of sourcing and roasting coffee, we applied our knowledge to something sweeter; chocolate. This pure chocolate is 70% Guatemalan cacao, cane sugar and a little cacao butter creating a creamy, crisp and delicate single origin, bean to bar, chocolate.
