This attachment is how you can make the handsfree into a multi dog system. The only difference between this attachment and the 3-in-1 attachment is that this attachment is completely braided to match the bottom section of the handsfree and will be the same length as the bottom section of the handsfree to ensure it pairs perfectly with the handsfree leash. PSA: In the picture the handle is a traffic lead that is connected to the attachment.
