Simply put, this is magic truffle dust. It adds the essence of truffles to any dish and is perfect for popcorn due to its incredible micro-dust texture that clings to every nook and cranny. This dust is oil-free and very low in salt, allowing you to infuse as much truffle essence as you desire, then add your oil and salt to taste. Use it in everything, but we particularly enjoy making truffle butter to spread on toast.
