Vintage sewing pattern from 1958.Simplicity 5163Infants’ Layette in one size: V. 1 kimono, V. 2 Sacque, V. 3 Sleeper, V. 4 pajamas and V. 6 undershirt has long raglan type sleeves. V.’s 1, 2 have high round neckline, center front closing with bows, ribbon bound edges. V. 3 has high round neckline, center back button closing, cuffs which form a bit, drawstring in lower edge casing, bias tape trim. V. 4 top same as V. 3 without cuffs, Pants have footsies with elastic at waistline and ankles. V. 5 top has short kimono type sleeves, round neckline, center front closing, bias binding and greater stitching trim. Pants in V. 5, 6 are lined or faced with plastic, have side snaps, elastic at waistline and inner leg edges. Double breasted undershirt in V. 6 has ribbon or twill ties, bias tape trim.
