Vintage sewing pattern from 1961Vintage sewing pattern from 1961. This is cute 1960s Smock Dress/Top for a little girl. The original pattern had been graded by me according to Simplicity grading rules. Child’s yoke smock and drawstring smock — Transfer included: V. 1 and 2 smock is gathered to yoke and has back button closing. Long set-in sleeves have elastic in casing at lower edges. V. 1 has contrasting collar and embroidered appliqué above pocket. V. 2 has pockets and beast tape and lace edging trim. V. 3 has long raglan sleeves with elastic in casing at lower edges and rick-rack trim.
