Our drops are cooked in our copper kettle, then poured on the marble table and allowed to cool enough to be handled. The molten candy is then moved to the heat tunnel allowing portions to fashioned and pressed into the candy drops, which we then coat in sugar to keep them from sticking together, resulting in some good ‘ol fashioned sanded drops. Mmmmm good. 6 oz. bag
