Week 7 July 21st-25th: Loom Legends Mashup (Mending Knits & More, Rock Weaving & Painting)

We're mending our pre-loved items and blending nature with textiles in this week long Summer Camp! Ages 7-17yrs Rise and Shine Club (M - F 10am-Noon): Campers will explore how to give old clothes new life with Mending this week! We’ll learn essential skills to repair, refresh, and reimagine our wardrobe. Campers will master simple stitching techniques for fixing holes, patching jeans, darning socks, repairing toys, and even creative visible mending with colorful embroidery. We'll also delve into sustainable fashion basics, learning how to extend the life of our favorite garments while reducing waste. By the end of camp, they’ll take home their revived clothing and the confidence to tackle everyday repairs with creativity, sustainability, and practical magic!  Afternoon Adventure Zone (M - F 1pm-3pm): This week Campers will discover a unique blend of nature and fiber art while Weaving with Rocks. We’ll transform smooth stones into stunning textured creations using yarn, twine, and color
