The Moon
Welcome to March and full on Pisces season! The card typically shows a full moon (naturally) positioned between two towers. In the foreground, there is a pond/river with a crawfish coming out the water. There are a dog and a wolf with a stream between them. Our individual decks at the shop vary - Bryce's deck has an owl flying in front of the moon, Kelley's decks have some thread wrapped around a crescent moon and a more traditional version but with a half sun/moon, Chelsea's has cats instead of dogs (and no water), and Ashley's has the most traditional card. The Moon is a card met with some apprehension - there's a lot of confusion, illusion, uncertainty, complexity, and secrets with an upright pull. Reversed, it's anxiety, deception, misunderstanding, and misinterpretation. The Moon is a symbol of intuition, dreams and the unconscious. Its light is dim compared to the sun, and only slightly illuminates the path to higher consciousness winding between the two towers. The wolf and th
