Dodge Cummins 94-98 5.9L 12 Valve 5x10 Classic Series Nozzle Set

Our Classic Series nozzles are a high-quality budget oriented option for those who want to give their injectors added performance or rebuild a set of injectors at an affordable price. These are a 5x10 SAC design and have a 155° spray angle.  This is the same spray angle we've been utilizing for 15+ years on all our 12 valve (VE & P-Pump) injector sets.  Nozzles are sold as a matched set and will include 0.5mm thick copper washers for the nozzle and the return line copper seal for the injector. NOTE:  These nozzles do not include our abrasive flow machining process and do not utilize our patented Pilot Hole technology.  If this is something you're looking for then we recommend you take a look at our other more expensive nozzle set offerings. INSTALL NOTE: When installing a new set of nozzles, it is required to reset the injector pop pressure and this should always be done by a reputable injection shop.  We recommend setting the POP pressure to 270 BAR / 3,915psi with these nozzles.
