It can be worn in various ways and features four rows of adjustable bustle ties, allowing you to create the perfect look for any occasion. Additionally, it is pleated into a drawstring waistband for full adjustability to match your desired style.  This bustle skirt is ideal for layering over a pocket skirt or showcasing bloomers.
