Up for sale is a 1940s era Blackwell, Oklahoma license plate topper. The topper features great script font, some green leaf ornamentations on the ends, and the "A Friendly City, Junior C of C OKLA" slogan. The topper is made out of cast aluminum and was made in Atchison, Kansas. This topper would look great in a collection of Oklahoma license plates or old auto toppers. Toppers like this are neat pieces of automobilia and would have been mounted to the top of license plates.
