1950s Rochester New York License Plate Topper Black Silver Metal Garage Decor NY

This vintage Rochester, New York license plate topper. This topper dates to the 1950s and features block lettering black and silver coloring. The topper would look great in a collection of license plates or old auto toppers.  Toppers like this are neat pieces of automobilia and would have been mounted to the top of license plates.
