Quarter Bison - 80 lbs

Available for pick up this October, after Fall Harvest. Approximately One Quarter of a Bison equal to 80 pounds of 100% grass fed and finished bison from Eagles Wing Ranch, comprised of the following (weights are approximate; we will get them as close as possible, but each animal is a little different).  Your total weight will at least equal the total listed. LIMIT ONE PER CUSTOMER. Ground/Burger    46 lbs. Sirloin Steaks   2 lbs. NY Strip Steaks  3 lbs. Rib Eye Steaks  2 lbs. Filet Mignon Steaks 2 lbs. Stew Meat 4 lbs. Roasts 15 lbs.
