Aged- minimum of 18 months Our main country ham products are aged 9 months, a lengthy time but mighty delicious as y'all might know! We have received many requests over the years for an older ham for special applications. We'll advise that is not a great ham for steaks or thick cutting, we recommend thin slicing prior to cooking. If you're looking for a more traditional, delicious old time country ham, please select our normal 9 month aged whole country ham instead.
