Meet our Japanese Small Ceramic Bowl, Rustic Brown, handcrafted by craftsman from Izumo Kitayama Kiln (北山窯). The craftsman opened his own wood-fired kiln at the foot of the Kitayama Mountains in Izumo, Shimane, Japan in 2005. The unglazed earthy aesthetic of the bowl fired in a traditional wood-fired kiln makes this a humble yet softly striking statement as a tabledecor. On the bottom of the bowl is engraved potter's mark. Dimension: Ø 3.1" (8 cm) x H 2.1" (5.3 cm); holds 100 ml Microwave and oven safe. Not dishwasher safe. Unglazed ceramic. Food-safe. Made in Japan.
