Fructose or fruit sugar (C6H12O6) is naturally found in fruits and honey. It is used as an effective antioxidant in natural fermentation indigo vats. The common formula (by weight) is 1 part indigo, 2 parts lime (calcium hydroxide), and 3 parts fructose. The Earthues product is Food Grade.
