We believe that great cheese starts with great milk and at East Hill Creamery that means raw milk from our grass fed, pasture raised cows. East Hill Creamery is run by Gary and Betty Burley who in 1981 started East Hill Farm with just 100 acres and 18 cows. With the help of 4 of their children, they now milk 700 cows.
