Scale Model Guitars #65

Hand built by Dave Johnson here in Nashville, Scale Model Guitars have produced some amazing instruments and this one is certainly up to their high standard. This sick SMG #65 refresh was completed back in 2014 and now sports a beautiful nitrate guard wrapped in white binding. Constructed from lucite with a maple "C" profile neck (.825 at the 1st fret and .900 at the 12th) and 1.66" nut width, this stunner features a beautiful rosewood fretboard (12" radius) that is fast, comfy, and amazing to play. All in all this heavyweight champ weighs in at 10.2 lbs and plays like a dream. The single Bare Knuckle Nailbomb humbucker has you covered. From hot, fat blues rock through to aggressive thrash, the Nailbomb explodes with a strong and commanding voice. It can snarl, or it can speak softly.
