It is a balanced NPK product that contains kelp seaweed, liquid humates (humic acid 1%), fish emulsion and sodium nitrate. These provide a boost at planting time or during the growing season by increasing nutrient uptake and stimulating soil biology. Fish emulsion and sodium nitrate provide the bulk of the NPK, including high phosphorus, while kelp supplies additional micronutrients along with plant hormones, auxins and cytokinins. The auxins and cytokinins help the plant to boost its natural immune system, which enables the it to cope with stresses.
