Bronze Handle Pro Roaster

This limited-edition roasting pan from the Blanc Creatives carbon cookware collection features a hand-spun, 0.125" thick carbon steel base and a pair of hand-forged bronze loop handles, perfect for cooking in the oven and on the grill. Available in two sizes, the classic 11" version with its 8" cooking surface, and the large-enough-to-do-it-all 13" version with its 10" cooking surface, each pan is crafted by Corry Blanc's team at their Virginia workshop. Pre-seasoned with coconut oil, carbon steel is the ultimate cookware material, retaining and distributing heat wonderfully, while still lighter weight than cast iron, becoming naturally non-stick with use, and versatile enough to use on gas, electric, induction, and glass cooking surfaces.    13 INCH: Side wall diameter: 13" / 332mm.
