Our newest, largest, superbly capable offering from the Blanc Creatives team of carbon cookware artisans is the Pro Bronze Handle Rondeau, also known as the 'The Brondeau'. Delivering beauty and robust functionality to any kitchen, the pot features handcrafted, solid carbon steel construction complemented by Corry Blanc's signature, hand-forged bronze handles, and a stainless-steel lid tempered to a bronze color with antiqued bronze knob to match. At 13" across from lip to lip with 3.5" tall sidewalls, the rondeau is designed to cook dishes large and small; whether low and slow in the oven, to simmer the biggest roasts, or for feasts of all variety atop the stove or over the open flame, there is little this tool cannot accommodate. Each is made by hand in Virginia, finished one at a time, and comes pre-seasoned with coconut oil.
