History: The Missouri Tigers Baseball team of 1963 finished their season with an impressive 25-8 record, a Big Eight Championship title, and 4th place finish in the College World Series. Mizzou has been a perennial baseball power having appeared at least once in the NCAA tournament every decade since the 1950's (22 times total). The Missouri Tigers are currently members of the Southeastern Conference and play their home games in Taylor Stadium at Simmons Field, named after the legendary coach.
