"Industrial beeswax" is 100% pure beeswax, just like our other beeswax options.  It is a browner hue because the bees raised brood (babies) in this wax, a process that darkens natural beeswax over time.  We coined the phrase 'industrial beeswax' because it is often selected as the most economical beeswax for purposes like die casting, certain polishes, metal treatments, and other situations where yellow beeswax is not needed.  These industrial blocks are not 'filtered,' so they can have some fine particles in them that are generally irrelevant in preparations where this wax is utilized.
