Archon X1 controller-only upgrade for your Bafang Ultra

We are excited to offer Archon X1 controller-only upgrades for your own Bafang Ultra! After proving out the controller, and a lot of testing, we feel comfortable that this controller can be adopted across a vast majority of the Bafang Ultra bikes out there.  Please read the entire description. Current earliest expected shipping date to you is May 7 2022. Please allow 7 days from receipt of your motor for us to revert.  Important - please read Upgrading the controller to Archon X1 will void your current Bafang Ultra warranty.  Watt Wagons will not repair or fix broken motors. If we find that your motor has broken parts, missing hall sensors, etc., we will return the motor as-is and issue you a refund (minus return shipping). The upgraded motor cannot be tuned using the old Bafang software or cabling. It has brand new custom firmware specifically developed for Watt Wagons. As we upgrade the firmware and add features, we will make these upgrades available via a paid upgrade path. If you  purchased a new Bafang Ultra motor, or an ebike with the Bafang Ultra motor in 2020, please ensure you have the UART version of the motor.  Here is how the process will work Prior to upgrade Please send us a 10 second video (with sound) of running your ultra with a throttle. Needed to verify that the motor is currently in running condition, and how loud it is. Send a picture of the motor serial number.
