These boneless, skin-on Aysen Coho salmon filets are sashimi quality with great color. Coho have a milder flavor and are less fishy compared to other salmon species. Each filet is between 2 -3 lbs and is individually vacuum-sealed to lock in freshness and provide a great salmon meal.
