Ceremonial Matcha is high grade matcha that is traditionally whisked and served in a bowl.  You can also add matcha powder to your favorite smoothie, craft a matcha latte or blend it with Japanese Sencha to make a healthy, exhilarating tonic. TASTING NOTES Vibrant green with delicate umami undertones.  Naturally contains caffeine Traditional Preparation Sift 1 tsp (1.5g) into a tea bowl.Add 2.5 oz (75ml) water at 165°F.Whisk until creamy and foamy with a bamboo chasen (whisk).
