Red Fox Agate Pair from PatagoniaApproximate Dimensions as a whole geode:H: 3.5 x L: 3 x W: 2.25" Red Fox Agate is a rare and unique type of volcanic geode discovered in the elevated plateaus of Patagonia, Argentina. It’s defining feature is the presence of red (sometimes black), botryoidal hematite.  Additionally, the agate often showcases dendritic patterns of blue/gray toned chalcedony that is typically (not always) UV reactive.
