Our local raw wildflower honey is harvested from our own hives across Morris, Somerset, and Hunterdon Counties in New Jersey. Never heated and gently strained, this polyfloral honey preserves natural pollen, flavor, and enzymes for a rich, authentic honey profile. Packaged in a food-safe 5 gallon pail (approximately 60 lbs), this bulk size is ideal for bakeries, food producers, breweries, cafés, and other high-volume or commercial uses.
