Bandana has a plastic safety button for quick release.     *Size is circumference of button to button* M 14” XL 20” **If the size you need is out of stock, please order the next size up. Send me a message, I will add extra buttons at no charge.**   Item is intended to be used for a short duration under supervision.  Sizing should allow for two fingers to fit underneath.  Not to be used as a restraint.  Delicate or Hand wash in cold water.
