Focaccia

A simple dough that is cold fermented for 24 to 72 hours to develop a robust flavor and the texture of a pillow! This is delicious dipped in marinara or as a side for and pasta or soup. Many of our customers cover it with tomato sauce and mozzarella then eat to make a soft and delicious pizza. Each one is uniquely decorated to elevate any meal. Best if used the day of or after delivery. Focaccia don't wait!
