Chaenomeles speciosa ‘Toyo Nishiki’ — Toyo Nishiki Flowering Quince Toyo Nishiki is a compact ornamental shrub valued for its striking early‑spring blooms and later edible fruit. Flowering is showy: on a single plant, flowers of pink, white, and sometimes red may appear simultaneously, creating a multicolored display. After flowering, the shrub produces quince‑type fruits that can be used for jams, jellies, and preserves.
