Triumph is one of the finest fresh-eating bronze muscadine grapes. The berries have a soft pinkish hue and are exceptionally sweet, making them a favorite for eating straight from the vine. This variety produces high yields of medium to large berries that ripen early in the muscadine season. Here that is September - November.. Bred and released by the University of Georgia in 1980, Triumph is a self-fertile muscadine that thrives in warm climates. Vines are vigorous and productive when trained on a trellis, and plants should be spaced about 15 feet apart. Best suited for USDA zones 7–9.
