When one hand is not enough. Essentially, this is a double Silent Duck (see Silent Duck). To create the Prayer Hands, make the Silent Duck with each hand. With palms facing each other, press both hands together. It should resemble an elongated egg. Close the gap between your thumbs and index fingers by shifting one hand forward and the other back. Trim and file your nails. Lastly, thoughts and prayers.
