To create a proper seal between the body and the penile tube, it’s important to have an adapter bushing that is the right size. The adapter bushing creates a softer feel against the body than just using the penile tube. Sizing: Large bushing has an inside diameter of 1 ⅞”. Medium bushing has an inside diameter of 1 ¾”. Small bushing has an inside diameter of 1 ⅝”.
