BR1-1 Bead Remover

Overview The BR1-1 Bead Remover quickly removes the bead from sidewalls that have been separated from a tire with EECO's Sidewall Remover. The machine is semi-automatic, simply: Place the sidewall over the upper roller Press the air button. Remove sidewall and bead The bead will then be cut from the sidewall at approximately 1 inch from the inside diameter of the bead. When the cut is complete, the button is released and the pieces can be removed. Production matches the sidewall remover at a rate of 6 sidewalls per minute. The blades are standard Extra Heavy Duty Utility Blades">Extra Heavy Duty Utility Blades. Blade life is approximately 400-600 sidewalls per blade. The blades can be changed in a matter of seconds: Loosen the 2 blade holder thumbscrews. Slide out the worn blade. Flip the blade or slide in a replacement. Re-tighten the 2 blade holder thumbscrews.
