PSR1-1 Pocket Sidewall Remover

Overview The Pocket Sidewall Remover model PSR1-1 is as small as its name suggests.  This is our entry level sidewall remover designed for any size tire shop or any startup tire hauling/recycling business! Operating the Pocket SR1-1 is as simple as 1-2-3: With the machine powered ON, place the tire over the cutting blade. Push the foot pedal to the floor and remove the 1st sidewall of the tire. Remove the tire and flip it around to remove the 2nd sidewall. Production rate for this machine is 1.5 tires per minute.  Every bearing on the machine is sealed from water and debris, and maintenance is extremely simple.  The motor is fully enclosed, and directly mounted to the gearbox, so there are no chains or sprockets that need constant lubrication. The cutting blade is made of special hardened steel, and machined to a knife edge.  The drive wheels and blades lasts 10’s of thousands of tires before they will need to be replaced and can be ordered through us.  Please visit our parts page f
