T3C5-1 Truck Tire Tread Cutter

Overview The Truck Tire Tread Cutter is very similar in design to our smaller Tread Cutter. With a heavier frame, a stronger gearbox, and a 5HP 220V Leeson motor; this machine will cut through any passenger, light-truck, or any tread up to 1.5 inches thick!  Our new model cuts through the tread after the sidewalls have been removed from truck tires, passenger car tires, aircraft tires, and super single tires. Simply feed the tread into the cutting wheels; the wheels will pull the tread through as they cut. The production rate of the tread cutter matches that of the Truck Tire Sidewall Remover with a time per cut of 3 to 4 seconds.
