Ororo

On a recent trip to Colombia, I visited the Museo de Oro (Museum of Gold). This is dedicated to preserving the history, culture and craft traditions of the indigenous people of Colombia. I was mesmerized by the opulence and the intention behind every piece I say. This inspired me to create a series of drawings in gold ink, a tribute to a place to I hold close to my heart. I have visted Bogota before, and during those trips, I spent time painting murals around the city with creative friends.
