This service is for the directors/managers of communities, who  seek to develop critical thinking;  seek to grow independently; encounter many problems and don't know what went wrong; seek to conduct analysis/research for the community.   This service includes:   one initial meeting,  two follow-up meeting (optional), overviewing of the industry, economy and society,   analyzing the situations, identifying the causes/issues/problems, providing a list of things to research and develop further.   **The meeting(s) are one-to-one.  If you must, you can bring one friend, a person who truly respect you and would not interrupt you, to keep you accompanied.
