Please use care not to over stretch your wristband or flip it inside out when putting it on and taking it off; the use of a little water is recommended. *SIZING: How to choose the correct size when placing your order.Cut a 1-inch strip from an 8 ½” x 11” sheet of paper. Wrap the strip of paper around your wrist, mark the length and measure it.  If you measure 4 7/8” to 5 7/8” order a size S  If you measure 5 7/8” to 6 7/8” order a size M   If you measure 6 7/8” to 7 7/8” order a size L   If you measure 7 7/8” to 8 7/8” order a size XL  If your wrist measures larger than 57/8", the S” wristband might be too tight. The same issue will apply for all other sizes. Silicone Sport Wristbands each have two programmed EFX holograms.
