This Peace/Ahimsa silk scarf has been made with handspun silk dyed with sapanwood with  design border woven in natural pigments from flowers. Peace silk is a non-violent silk which does not kill the silkworm in the process of fiber extraction. Our silk scarves are handwoven by artisans on traditional looms in Assam and may have slight variations in the weave as a result of its handmade features.
