A great spreadable cheese with the same great Chipotle Gouda cheese taste with red and green chipotle peppers in an adobe sauce. Eichtens Cheeses uses Hope Creamery Famous fresh European-style butter in their cheese spreads.  Made in Minnesota using a Slow-speed vat pasteurization and small batch production system. Can be frozen and refrozen. Best to thaw in refrigerator before eating.
